We are constantly looking for skilled builders, installers and talented and experienced sales consultants to join our expert team.
Builders
We are always open to considering applications from experienced builders qualified to at least City and Guilds level 3. You must have at least ten years' experience. You must demonstrate experience in working within private homes and prove that you can meet our high standards of accuracy of brickwork, tidiness of work and cleanliness. We are proud of the positive impression our building team makes on our customers and will only employ builders who can prove they can work to our high standards. A friendly and good manner with people is also essential.

Installers
We expect all our installers to be reliable, trustworthy and to work to our high standards of tidiness on site. You must be able to finish all jobs to our exacting high standards and it is essential to have good people skills as we are renowned for our excellent customer relations. You need to have at least ten years' experience in installing conservatories and/or orangeries and need to be qualified to at least City and Guilds Level 3.

Sales Consultants
Our sales consultants must possess a unique blend of skills. Sales consultants are our first line of contact with prospective clients and it is imperative that they have a good understanding of all aspects of the construction of a conservatory or
orangery, including planning regulations, building regulations and the technical aspects affecting the construction and siting of orangeries and conservatories. They must also understand the different styles of conservatories and orangeries on offer and be able to advise our customers on the most appropriate style for their home.
The ability to communicate clearly is essential as is a friendly and personable personality. In addition our sales consultants are also expected to prepare design proposals using the software we provide.
